Ephesians 2:8-9

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.”

Salvation is described as grace, gift, and faith, not human boasting.

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son.”

God's love is at the center of salvation.

Romans 10:9

“If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

This passage connects faith, confession, resurrection, and salvation.

Romans 15:13

“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing.”

God is described here as the God of hope, not only the giver of hope.

2 Corinthians 5:17

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

The deepest new beginning is found in Christ.

Isaiah 43:19

“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth.”

God is able to bring new life where the path seems closed.

Every morning carries evidence of God's faithful mercy.

Faith gives spiritual weight to hope when we cannot yet see the outcome.
