Peace is connected with trust and a mind stayed on God.

Peace reaches even the vulnerable moment of sleep.
“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: the Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee.”
This blessing ends with the Lord giving peace.
“So watch yourselves. If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them.”
“Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying 'I repent,' you must forgive them.”

“And forgive your people who have sinned against you; forgive all the offenses they have committed against you, and cause their captors to show them mercy;”
